Sermons
We know that the message isn’t everything to a Sunday service, but it is an important time to connect with God. Whether you can’t make it on a particular Sunday or just want to listen in from time to time, we hope you find these sermons encouraging and challenging.
Each year, between the Advent/Christmas season and Lent, we mark the Sundays of Epiphany. Epiphanies are about coming to understand something more fully, of “seeing the light” or having aha! moments. In the case of Jesus Christ, we celebrate and remember how he reveals God to the world and is the light for all the people of the world. This year, the stories we’ll be reading, mostly from the Gospel of Luke, will hopefully lead us to our own epiphanies about the goodness of Jesus Christ and help us understand how he shows us the glory of God with grace and truth. Glory shines bright and full, so even as the short days and long nights of the winter season continue, we can look to the fullness of Jesus Christ in his blessings.
